Soo many new and exciting things!
It's been a month since I've last update and I apologize but we've been busy busy bees!! First I'll update you on baby Hailey who is up to 9 and a half pounds now, pretty much double her birth weight. She smiles when you smile at her and she has been cooing for about 2 weeks now! I love having a conversation with her! She has good head control and absolutely loves trying to stand when you hold her up, as well as trying to hold her own bottle but she actually just pushes it out of her mouth when she tries LOL. Hailey also attended her first birthday party! It was for baby Ava who is now 1 year old!! Gastro baby love <3 Miss you guys and hope to see you soon!
One of the reasons I haven't updated in awhile is because we moved into our own place on Oct. 2nd! Last December Mike moved into my apartment in Framingham and we were out on our own beginning our lives together but a week into him living with me I found out I was pregnant.. so it feels really good to be back on track with our lives, in our own home, paying our own bills, working, going to school and raising our baby girl Hailey. I honestly feel like the book, The Little Engine that Could.. "I think I can, I think I can, I think I can.." It's honestly an uphill struggle for us but we are doing it together as a family and that's all that matters!
Halloween is coming and we just couldn't resist getting Hailey a costume! I call Mike "Lovebug" sometimes so we gave Hailey the nickname "Ladybug" so that is what she is going to be for Halloween! I can't wait to put her in her costume and take pictures its adorable! I promise to post some pics when the time comes!! For now though here are some pictures I took of Hailey this afternoon... Hopefully I''ll start updating more often now that we have unpacked and are slowly starting to get into a routine..
In her Bumbo infant seat

Doing tummy time...

Smiling in her swing..

In her jumper that we recently set up because she loves to stand! She can't reach the ground yet and she is a little small for it so we put a towel around her to secure her and some books underneath so she can stand. (Thanks Britni for the ideas!) Hailey loves being in this and I can't wait until she can touch the ground and jump in it! We're thinking about trying a Jenny jump up soon too!
